My Approach
My name is Jasmine Ross, and I founded Community of Color Organizing (COCO) to specialize in strategic civic engagement planning rooted in community power. We partner with organizations of color, grassroots groups, and nonprofits to develop thoughtful strategies in voting, criminal justice reform, policy advocacy, and program evaluation, supporting efforts that strengthen organizing, increase participation, and advance meaningful change.

My work with the Colorado Criminal Justice Reform Coalition (CCJRC) , The Sentencing Project, Public Welfare Foundation, Colorado Civic Engagement Roundtable and well over 2,000 justice-involved individuals has provided us with deep insights into the challenges faced by marginalized groups and the extensive experience to create strategies that work.
